I dont live in Sebastopol but was referred to K-tech by my boyfriend, a long time resident. Great customer service. Nice people all around. Thought I was just taking Prius in for a quick oil change before a long weekend road trip. Turned out I was due for important service interval and while they were doing that they discovered my brakes were near the point of no return. I appreciated it, didnt feel it was unjustified at all...a safety issue. Well they were still very quick about the work. I had to get to an 11 am appointment and I came in a little after 8am. Got it all done in less than two hours, while I waited. Plus misquoted a price for brakes they didnt have. They only had the expensive ones. Charged me only the quoted price for the less expensive brakes, installed the more expensive ones,and for a replacementbrake light, only for the part. In addition they did a lovely job washing my car...saved me a trip to the car wash too. I have to say they made me feel OK to write the fat check. Maybe superlative salesmanship but I did search Yelp and they got rave reviews.

Monica is always wonderful, professional, helpful, knowledgeable. They have done major repairs to tune ups and oil changes on 5 different cars for us and done really good work. I have always trusted their opinions and they work with us when we can't do all the work recommended at once.

Super fantastic customer service!!! Friendly and helpful with all my vehicles issues. I needed a lot of repairs on an older car and they did what was necessary to keep the car running safe and yet not doing unnecessary repairs which saved me a lot of money. I would recommend them to everyone needing truthful and honest car repairs at a fair price.
