Outstanding service, as always! This is my 2nd experience with K-Tech. Each time was with a different vehicle. This time, my 2001 Nissan Maxima died at the end of the day, in the middle of nowhere...on a Friday. Just like my previous experience, the office manager Monica was absolutely fantastic! I was able to get my car towed to K-Tech for the technicians to diagnose the problem and start work on Monday. Monica called me first thing Monday and let me know the what the problem with my vehicle was. It was an alternator issue and there was a previously undiscovered wheel hub issue. The team at K-Tech were able to fix the problem quickly and at a reasonable price! Monica and all of the K-Tech team are absolutely wonderful. There was no pressure, they answered my millions of questions without hesitation and stayed in contact with me while my vehicle was being repaired. I absolutely 100% recommend K-Tech and I plan on being a customer for a long time! Thank you again!! You guys are the best anywhere!! The best! :)
Had a 60,000 mile service for my Lexus. This was my first servicing there. The service cost was significantly less than the dealer. The office staff was efficient and knowledgeable. The environment is relaxed and professional at the same time. The service team completed the work earlier than expected. I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment and they were able to provide service the next day! Thanks!!
