Hey y'all - thank you so much for fixing my brake light situation. I was really scared that something could be wrong with my brakes after the "BRAKE FAILURE" light came on. I just had to trust that you 'd know what to do and wouldn't rip me off for unneeded repairs. I am so grateful to you for being honest and totally trustworthy. Since I live at Burbank senior housing, people are aware (because of the license plate holder) that I go to you guys. I have and will continue to recommend your services to any and all that ask. K tech gives a clear, accurate diagnosis of what is wrong with the car, an unambiguous price for the work, and fast, solid, lasting repairs. They treat customers with respect, honesty and professionalism. I have had many experiences with mechanics about which this could not be said. I have never trusted a mechanic more and do not hesitate to suggest them.

It's not easy to find a great shop that has honest, friendly people with the expertise to get it done, but that's what I'm finding to be true about KTech Automotive. Great job. Located right in the middle of town, they couldn't be easier to get to. Did I mention they have an in town shuttle service?

Yesterday was my first experience at K-Tech and I will definitely be back. The staff there were all friendly, and knowledgeable. Monica called me several times throughout the day to update me on my car and determine which services it needed (and didn't need.) I was in and out in a day. The car's running great. The costs were fair, they lent me a courtesy car for the day to get to work, and they even had snacks in the office for their customers. I really appreciate the attention to detail.
