Very good experience including the loaner car. K tech auto has excellent integrity and a two year warranty on parts. The combination of all of this is why I will continue to take my vehicles to them.
The service analysis was presented fully and helpfully. Service completed in a timely fashion and documented in your computer for future reference. I was given a ride home and back without lengthy wait times-always appreciated. In short, since I am dependant on your technical knowledge entirely, the manners and admin organization is what I have to go by.

Great & friendly service! This is where my husband & I will bring our vehicles every time!!
Check-engine light came on, with a variety of related warnings. Ktech could have just gone into "swap all the parts" mode, which would have been very costly. Instead they diagnosed the actual issue (bad connections) and took the time to do the repair for about 1/3 what I was ready to spend.
I keep coming back and would not if there were reasons not to!
