Friendly. convenient, professional, timely. I am always a little suspicious when, as happened this time, and as has happened to me with other garages many times, I get a phone call from the garage reporting that I need serious expensive brake repair that can be accomplished right away without delay. But I go along and come along as is my habit. One must really trust these folks if you do not want to do the work yourself. Sure I will go back again.

I am glad to be back at this barn in Sebastopol. Convenient location and friendly, helpful people. The manager listened to my reason for coming in and my concerns for additional preventive maintenance, given that my 2002 Camry Solara had reached 95,000 miles. The tech contacted me as arranged the next day with a thorough report. We decided on the scope of work, which started as soon as I approved. The two day job stretched to three, because of a mix up on the timing belt delivered by the parts supplier, but K-Tech took away any inconvenience to my crammed schedule with a free loner car. I'm very happy with the repairs and preventive maintenance, and will keep coming to K-Tech on a regular schedule. It would have been nice to have the windshield cleaned, wiper blades replaced and the dashboard dusted.

Very pleased with K-Tech service all the way around. After diagnostics I needed to make a decision to repair my car or trade it in. Len, mechanic, took a good deal of time to explain to me repairs, costs and gave me a written account of anticipated future services. Parts were ordered, repairs performed as promised and in a timely fashion. Important to me is that I felt NO PRESSURE and TRUST; my financial constraints were taken into consideration and I was treated in a professional manner. I feel safe in my car now and it runs/sounds better. Thank you, K-Tech, one and all. You are a good team.

K-Tech Automotive is competent, honest, dependable and competitive in their pricing. They are the only shop that told me that my car (a 12 year old VW Passat) is in excellent condition. They sold me only the repair services that I knew I needed and I did not tell them before hand what I knew had to be done. And the repair work that they did is A-1 satisfactory. I will continue to use K-Tech for all of my automotive needs. You will be pleased if you do too.

I have been taking my car to K-tech for 3 years now. I have been nothing but pleased with both their work and their customer service. I am surprised by the negative reviews that I have seen recently. I have never had a bad experience with this shop. They have been nothing but professional, reliable, and honest in everything they do. Do some of the prices seem a bit high, yes, but if you want it done right, then there will be times you have to pay for top notch quality service and that is what they provide. You don't get business of the year for no reason. So obviously this shop is doing something right! Thank you K-tech!

Don't let the humble setting and small size of this shop fool you in to thinking this is a small back yard operation. K Tech is a full on modern shop. Expensive? Yes all good shops are. K-tech has obviously out grow there current location but still is the only place in town that is capable of dealing with modern cars. That's probably why they are always busy.

I moved to CA back in 2010, and had to find new "everything" when I came out here. When it comes to a mechanic shop I consider them to be like a Doctor for my vehicle because even though I can usually figure out what may be going on there is no way that I would be able to do the repairs myself. If there is one thing that you need to have when speaking to someone that is doing repairs on yourself, or your vehicle you need to have trust. Out of all the mechanics that I have used since moving here K-Tech has been the best. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and explain everything very well. I have the utmost faith in what they tell me in regard to what is going on with my vehicle. They don't try to "up sell" you on things that aren't needed for your vehicle like so many other shops strive to do. You don't go in needing brake pads replaced, and then have them tell you that your entire engine from the radiator to the muffler needs to be replaced. Integrity is HUGE when it comes to a business, and K-Tech has more than most that I have found in my 23 years of owning a vehicle. Not to mention the owner Kate gives back to the community in many different ways. I had noticed that she even gives away a vehicle to a local family in need through her own charity event for the last couple of years! Now that is AWESOME!!! I will happily give my business to a company that gives back to the community in many different ways. Way to go K-Tech!!! Keep up the great work! :)

We have two older cars we take to K-Tech for all repairs. Everything has always been done well and in a timely fashion. It is not the cheapest place to go but their work is reliable and they don't find extra things to fix. I have no personal or professional connection with K-Tech or any of the people working there. I am surprized by some of the negative reviews here since my experience has been so different. I recommend K-Tech to friends.
