This is my first time as a customer of K-tech. I moved to Sebastopol from Oakland last Spring and I needed a new local mechanic so I looked on Yelp. Reading the reviews, it sounded like K-tech would be the best local place to take my Toyota. I dropped it off in the morning for a 100k service and picked it up in the afternoon. The service manager called me during the day and discussed what would be needed and how much it would cost. I didn't feel like I was being up-sold, and I appreciate that. The price was reasonable and the service was professional. I will take my car there again.

Excellent service at a reasonable price.
My Prius had a problem going over bumps and 0n to driveways without scraping bottom. Jack fixed it and charged me less than the original estimate. Just where do you see that?

I am a single woman who knows zip about cars. I feel safe and well cared for at k-tech. it's such a good feeling to know that I can call one number for all my car needs. nobody treats me with disrespect OR disrespects my car. and of course they know cars. I am a happy repeat customer.
