I was very impressed with my first time experience at K-Tech. I needed a place to only have my oil changed in Sebastopol and wow. The amount of work done to my truck and use of a loaner, I was totally surprised at the service, and very grateful to the front desk to the service done. Top notch and thorough. I am very pleased with how my day went, thank you K-Tech.

This was my first experience with K-Tech and I must say it was a great one! It's the first time I've been sent pictures of the work that needed doing, no surprises, all above board. The office staff was friendly and welcoming ( thanks Olivia).I was provided with a loaner car which made the whole experience that much nicer.I've always taken my car to a dealership but I think K-Tech will be my new repair shop from now on.

The repairs were explained to me in detail. They helped me prioritise the most important issues instead of giving me a huge estimate. The prices were reasonable. They even washed my vehicle!

Found this shop very honest and fair in pricing. They were also very good at communicating what was needed and only did what was asked of them. Was also notified of upcoming work to be done with no pressure to proceed until I was ready. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on my auto again. Thanks for great service!!!!

I was relieved to be able to have my car serviced immediately at K-Tech, upon learning that Pauline's would have to re-schedule me far into the future due to reduced staffing. I was able to get a comfortable courtesy car so that I could use to get to work, which was imperitive. Most of all, Olivia is a great communicator and seems to understand cars well enough to easily explain what was happening. She was friendly and responsive. I had no communication with the mechanic but I'm relieved that the inspection was thorough and important fixes were prioritized and addressed. I'm so glad I had the necessary repairs. Even though my car was working well for me, I now know that important work was mandatory- STAT. I feel safer already.
