I was relieved to be able to have my car serviced immediately at K-Tech, upon learning that Pauline's would have to re-schedule me far into the future due to reduced staffing. I was able to get a comfortable courtesy car so that I could use to get to work, which was imperitive. Most of all, Olivia is a great communicator and seems to understand cars well enough to easily explain what was happening. She was friendly and responsive. I had no communication with the mechanic but I'm relieved that the inspection was thorough and important fixes were prioritized and addressed. I'm so glad I had the necessary repairs. Even though my car was working well for me, I now know that important work was mandatory- STAT. I feel safer already.
