I just had my first service with K-Tech and I am a committed new customer. I had access to a loaner and when it was discovered i needed a new tire, they did the research about where to go and how much the tire would cost before I returned to get my car. They also washed and vacuumed my car. I received expert technical service and outstanding customer service. I recommend them 100%

First time here. Took my car in for an oil change and while doing a 50 point inspection as part of the oil change service the mechanic found a couple of things that needed attention, one of which was serious safety issue because of something the previous shop I had gone to had done wrong. Not only did they do the inspection as a regular part of the oil change service, they also emailed me the report including pictures of of what they had found. That impressed me, no shop I had been to before has ever provided pictures. They provided me with a loaner car while the work was being done, and when I picked my car up they had even washed it for me. Needless to say I was very impressed and will definitely be going back.

I was so pleased to get an appointment right away for my 21-year-old Ford F250. I was concerned about taking the truck on a long drive coming up soon, but now feel very comfortable and relieved to use it, thanks to the expert service and clear explanations of the few procedures that my truck needed in order to be safe and fit to go. Deanna in the office is very knowledgeable and friendly. Walked me through what I needed, several times I must add as I am not knowledgeable in auto repairs, and I repeated myself until I understood. Deanna remained patient, understanding and polite. That alone was helpful which made me feel at ease. The work completed was timely, efficient and am am very pleased I chose k-tech automotive and will definitely use when need. I felt listened to, wasn’t feeling taken advantage of and felt they really took care of my immediate needs. Thank you k-tech.
