This is the second time I’ve used K-Tech and both times I’ve been so pleased with the service. And not just the service to my car, but the customer service. I never once felt bad about knowing nothing about a car, and I appreciate the explanations Monica gives. Plus, I’m all about supporting a woman-owned auto business.

Monica was so helpful and friendly. She is knowledgeable and went out of her way to work with me and explain what neeed to be done. She offered a loaner car so I wouldn't have to pay for a rental. My car windows were repaired, and when I came to pick up my car, Monica had washed it, and it looked beautiful. She explained other repairs I should take care of, and I plan to come back as soon as I can budget for that. I'm very pleased with K-Tech's service!
