I got my car in the day I wanted and all work needed was done in the same day. Monica was very helpful informing me of what my car needed, why it needed done and what should be done in the future in maintain performance for my car. I feel very confident bringing my car to KTech and will definitely refer my friends to them.

I was in a pickle, because my clutch was on it's last legs, and my old shop had closed. I was stressed, not knowing how many days of work I would lose, trying to find a new shop, and scheduling a rapid and reliable clutch replacement. Man, did I luck out when I discovered K-Tech! I dropped my truck off at noon on a Thursday, and they called me 4 hours later to let me know it was finished and ready to be picked up! My truck is back in action, no days of work were missed -- AND, the next time AAA picks me up because of some malfunction, I know exactly where it is the tow truck will be heading! Fabulous people, a clean and highly professional shop, and the best part... ...K-tech is just 3 blocks away from my house in Sebastopol! I am looking forward to future maintenance work, and not waiting for the next auto related emergency. Shelling out bucks for auto repair is a given -- getting your money's worth is a much welcomed bonus! Thank you, K-Tech!

Great service

Outstanding service, as always! This is my 2nd experience with K-Tech. Each time was with a different vehicle. This time, my 2001 Nissan Maxima died at the end of the day, in the middle of nowhere...on a Friday. Just like my previous experience, the office manager Monica was absolutely fantastic! I was able to get my car towed to K-Tech for the technicians to diagnose the problem and start work on Monday. Monica called me first thing Monday and let me know the what the problem with my vehicle was. It was an alternator issue and there was a previously undiscovered wheel hub issue. The team at K-Tech were able to fix the problem quickly and at a reasonable price! Monica and all of the K-Tech team are absolutely wonderful. There was no pressure, they answered my millions of questions without hesitation and stayed in contact with me while my vehicle was being repaired. I absolutely 100% recommend K-Tech and I plan on being a customer for a long time! Thank you again!! You guys are the best anywhere!! The best! :)

Had a 60,000 mile service for my Lexus. This was my first servicing there. The service cost was significantly less than the dealer. The office staff was efficient and knowledgeable. The environment is relaxed and professional at the same time. The service team completed the work earlier than expected. I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment and they were able to provide service the next day! Thanks!!
