Such a friendly staff, beautiful redwood trees right outside the front door, a really nice change from the chaotic environment that is normally around a repair shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Monica at the front desk is so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't have been happier with my first experience there. I'll be back!

I brought in my Honda Civic for some suspension/brake issues. Initially, they replaced my rear tires (they found me a great deal on tires that same day), replaced a front bearing, and replaced my battery. I had to bring it back because we found out I also needed my front rotors replaced. They waived the full price of the rotor replacement (parts and labor) because I had to go back. Very knowledgeable and customer service centered! I will be returning for future auto needs! Thank you Ktech!
