Super friendly and trustworthy. When I found a part online a lot cheaper to do the job they were totally on board with it and only charged me the labor as previously quoted. They even asked where I got the part so they could shop online there for their other customers. Knowing you can trust your mechanic shop is worth a lot time as a customer.

They did a great job The mechanics are very good. The mechanics were able to diagnose an intermittent problem and fix it. Usually the dealership gives you the "cant duplicate the proble". These guys worked at it till they found the issue and fixed it . They explain things , show you the old part and tell ou what to watch for. It is very valuable to be able to talk to the mechanic.

The job was well done. The mechanics were great. they were able to diagnose an intermittent problem ( most places play the cant duplicate card). They talked to me and listened and kept looking until they found the problem. Being able to talk to the mechanic is a huge advantage

With this last service, I appreciated the timeliness of getting the needed repair done. I appreciated the attention to proper diagnosis of the problem. I also greatly appreciated the willingness of Monica to work with me on a rather expensive repair that my pocketbook was not prepared for.

I've been a loyal K-Tech customer for the last 4 years without a single problem, so for the very first service on my 2016 Honda I decided to use K-Tech. The service was performed satisfactorily and ready when promised. In fact sooner than expected. When the car was picked up, the tire pressure light was on. We were told that the light was on because the tires pressure was low and Honda used nitrogen and K-Tech didn't have nitrogen. A quick look at the owners manual showed a button on the dashboard that manually reset the tire pressure. I was very disappointed that they didn't know this. We were also told to go to Cosco to refill the tires. After all these years, this incident really made me rethink my loyalty.

Everything was so easy with K-Tech! Monica, in the office is exceedingly helpful, all my work was completed in a timely manner and within the estimate I received. I also had the option of a loaner car, had I needed it. Can't recommend these folks enough.
