Great, friendly, speedy service. Our car was diagnosed and serviced in a speedy manner. They not only too care of the problem we came in for, but also changed a headlight for no additional labor charges. They creatively "fixed" our car that had a huge price tag fix from the dealer. The engine light is off, the car is working great, all at reasonable cost and with knowledgeable, friendly staff.

K-Tech worked through some difficult problems with my car, kept me posted about the progress and cost of the work. In the end they found a less expensive way to fix it and passed the savings on to me. I would highly recommend K-Tech to anyone

Came in for an oil change because I saw at every Peacetown event that I attended how giving you are to those less fortunate in our community. I want to patronize local independent businesses that give back to others. That said, however, I would not frequent a business, no matter how kind and giving, that does sloppy work. I was impressed with all the certificates of K-Tech's technicians, how clean and well-organized the shop is, and how everyone interacts. I have worked as a tech on heavy equipment and have managed a service department myself, so I know what an organized and efficient business looks like. Great job everyone.

It doesn't look like new, but it drives that way now.

They were professional, got the job done in a day and kept me informed of what was found. They did call me to let me know I also needed new brakes in front, and then called a bit later to say I also needed them in the back. It would have been better to just receive one phone call letting me know about my brakes...othewise they were great! Would definitely recommend them.
