Had prompt courteous service, my questions were answered. An unfortunate coincidence, after I had driven my car locally the tire pressure warning light came on. By then, K-tech was closed. This morning, the tire was flat. I know K-Tech doesn't "do" tires. Thanks for everything else.

I am not a car person. My boyfriend realized my clutch was not right while where on vacation from San Francisco. We took Binky in.( That's my cars name). And the crew @ K-Tech was awesome. Especially Monica. Thank you for holding my hand all the way through start to finish. Often times I feel taken advantage of from Automotive shops, but these guys made feel comfortable to ask questions. Monica helped clarify everything. If I move to the area I will definitely go to K-Tech again!
