The service was complete and done well. I appreciated that you readily took responsibility for the error made the first time around, charged nothing for fixing that. The only reason for four not five stars is that the vehicle was there for a week (while I was out of town) and yet not ready until late afternoon of the seventh day. I understand you were being especially careful to test that the work was done right, and I appreciate that very much.

Not sure the price was the best. Should have included tire rotation for cost charged for 60,000 service. Very nice staff.

K-Tech was very helpful, low-pressure, and understanding of the situation regarding my car. They went to extra steps to diagnose its problems and took care of me in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommended.
