One of my better experiences at K-tech. Monica made the check in process quick and easy. She also told me about a special on a brake check, which I needed. Good communication and good service. My experience checking in and out with Monica was much better than previous front desk staff.

Redeemed and much improved! After hours and By surprise owner Kate met us at the gate of the repair shop to let the AAA truck in to deliver the now dead car. Kate listen to my concerns from our last visit and insured excellent care and research as to the problems of the car . The next morning marvelous Monica was on the job of getting information to me about the car. It was completely fixed and ready for delivery before the end of the day. I recently had a positive experience with K-Tech Auto. I had a challenge with my brakes engaging properply. They were able to detect the real problem with my Master Cylinder bypassing. I was able to compare their pricing, and found that they were being honest and reasonable. Two important factors when doing business with anyone. I also worked with a technician who was extremely warm and personable. A real down to earth person. I highly reccomend their service.

We've been using K-Tech for a few years now and we have had nothing but great experiences. Our most recent visit was to repair the power steering and front end in our 2006 Nissan Quest. They were very clear on what parts needed repair and we weren't asked to pay anything over their estimate. Our repair took several days and they supplied me with a free loaner car. Everyone we've dealt with at K-Tech has been friendly, knowledgeable and upfront and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

The work, evaluation and quote were provided in good order. The loaner car needs to be washed outside and cleaned inside...Not very good advertising to send out a grubby car.
