I am a single woman who knows zip about cars. I feel safe and well cared for at k-tech. it's such a good feeling to know that I can call one number for all my car needs. nobody treats me with disrespect OR disrespects my car. and of course they know cars. I am a happy repeat customer.

Kate saw a puddle under my car and said I may have a radiator leak. She arranged an immediate appointment at the shop. They found my radiator hose was about to burst and my radiator had a leak. Her being attentive saved me a probably major engine repair and thousands of dollars. Kate and the guys at the shop are beyond great!

Had car towed to K-Tech Sunday night when it just quit on my wife returning from Santa Rosa. Have had a reoccurring problem for over a year with the car just shutting down. Previous mechanic was not able to diagnose problem. Car was now inoperative. K-Tech diagnosed problem and had car up and running the next day. Runs like it used to. Instead of looking for a replacement, this car will be around for the indefinite future.
