We have a love for older cars and finally found a lovely, older truck (20 years old almost, but a beauty!). New to the area, we didn't know who to go to. We looked around for some time, asked around (a lot) and were disappointed in the experiences we had with mechanics and automotive shops. Then we found K-Tech. Our new friends at K-Tech more than exceeded our expectations: they were patient, listened to our concerns carefully, were highly professional, explained what they found, gave us their recommendations and suggested options - and solved our mechanical issues quickly and as inexpensively as possible. I take my VW to K Tech and have always received very thorough, honest service and have been completely pleased with every repair they have made. K Tech always takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done to my vehicle, and provides a lot of suggestions to maintain the car's performance and life. While their prices run high, they are a specialty shop and their service is specialized as well. You get what you pay for. Expect to pay more for this level of service. My one complaint is that they often end up keeping my car for a lot longer than they originally estimate, but this seems to be a problem common to most mechanics.

We had front wheel bearings and center drive shaft bearing replaced and K-Tech did an excellent job. I took a few days but fortunately we were not in a rush and they may have made it faster if we had been.
