I felt well taken care of, and confident to leave my car in good hands. My car was in and out in one day. They gave me recomendations as to future needs of my car and what I could do at home in between servicing.

I started to have a problem with my brakes engaging while driving up to Sebastopol. I called the friend I was planning to visit and she gave me a referral to K Tech. I called and spoke with Marissa and she directed me to the garage and the mechanic did a test drive and brought me to my destination. On Monday they fixed my car and I was able to drive away with a referral to a new mechanic in San Francisco where I live. The staff and mechanics explained what was done on the car clearly. The car has been doing fine since.

The people are friendly and service superior. They are like a family (that gets along) there. They took me back to my place while they worked on my vehicle and even let me leave it there for a few days when I was unable to pick it up after it was ready. Then, they went above and beyond the call of duty by picking me up when _I_ was ready. They even delivered my vehicle washed & clean.

My car was ready at the scheduled time and it cost exactly or less than what was estimated. I feel like I am driving a safer automobile on the road now. It gives me great piece of mind.

I have a very high level of respect for Kate, owner and operator/manager/expert mechanic or K-Tech automotive. The way she runs her business, handles the resopnsibility and pressure of running the business, is impressive. Not only was I in and out quickly, but the mechanic actually remembered that my Prius was not getting the best mileage during the winter from discussing it last check-up and said he would research it further. Very much appreciated!
