Your staff has always been attentive and respectful. I’ve received a discount which has been appreciated. I am a bit frustrated that my rear brakes have been squeaky since they were replaced and after two return trips, finally, the lead tech (Johnny) confirmed he heard the noise as I was driving out of the driveway. To be clear, Johnny, was not the tech who replaced my rear brakes rooters. I’m in the process of making a third appointment to have the squeaking resolved and have faith that this final service will be successful. Thank you!
I keep returning to K-Tech because they are reliable, trustworthy, responsive to my needs, and always keep me informed about the progress of the repair. They found my problem with the power steering and provided a loaner car while they repaired my vehicle. All the while, I got updates on the progress of things so that I could know what was going on. Not only did they squeeze me in, they gave me a loaner car so I could get my shopping done as well. In addition they inspected the vehicle after the service and pointed out some additional maintenance issues to be addressed. I believe they also washed the car as well. Definitely 5 star service.
